Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients through marketing lead generation follow up, cold calling and emailing, nurturing leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in sales and business development within the fast-paced tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients both marketing generated and self-identified to introduce StackGen's offerings and qualify leads.
- Create and send targeted email campaigns with marketing support to generate interest and nurture potential clients.
- Build relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and provide them with relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to discuss potential solutions and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies for lead generation.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
