Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for StackGen’s platform. This role will bridge the gap between technical expertise and market insights, focusing on quantifying ROI for our customers, enabling sales teams with high-impact collateral, and crafting compelling messaging that resonates across technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DevOps, cloud native technologies, and product marketing fundamentals. You’ll play a key role in shaping how StackGen communicates the "why" behind our solutions, unlocking product-market fit (PMF) and driving adoption in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning across customer segments, including developers, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Create website content and marketing assets that effectively articulate StackGen's value proposition and ROI.
  • Quantify and communicate the business impact of using StackGen, highlighting benefits such as deployment speed, cost savings, and scalability.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights to influence product strategy and drive differentiation in the market.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Define and execute strategies to accelerate adoption of StackGen’s platform, focusing on market needs and customer success stories.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and deliver marketing collateral, training, and tools to empower sales teams, including pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine messaging for different buyer personas and customer journeys.

Customer-Focused Content Creation

  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to produce whitepapers, case studies, and technical guides showcasing StackGen’s capabilities and success stories.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts to appeal to both technical and business audiences, answering the "why" behind our solutions.

Requirements

Technical & Marketing Expertise

  • Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform engineering.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or technical marketing roles in SaaS, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.

Strategic & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to quantify ROI and create business cases that resonate with technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and GTM strategies.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Proven success working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud native.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.
