About the Role:
We are hiring a Python / AI Developer (2–5 years) with strong backend or full-stack experience. The role requires solid Python skills, exposure to cloud and DevOps ecosystems, or hands-on experience with AI development. You will contribute to building scalable, cloud-native systems and intelligent applications in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Develop services that leverage agentic AI.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and other stakeholders to integrate with APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing server-side logic.
- Implement security best practices and role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on Python.
- Experience developing agentic AI using frameworks like crew AI, agent SDK, or similar is a bonus
- Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
- Experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
